Headlamp defelectors

I am taking my for four abroad in a couple of weeks and need some headlamp defelectors for driving on the right hand side of the road. Can anyone tell me if this is an adjustment to the lights of a sticky label type thing?
I have asked various Smart dealers in London who all don't know!!

If you aren't staying for more than 28days (I believe it is) they aren't a legal requirement.
